Mashi's story doesn't begin in a boardroom — it begins in 2006, a young mother holding her first child, counting dollars and prayers in equal measure. What the world labeled a setback, God was quietly arranging as a setup. Today she leads her companies the same way she leads her home — with faith, structure, and grace.
She built her first business out of necessity, her second out of vision, and every brand after as an act of obedience. Today she leads a multi-brand portfolio spanning tax strategy, financial education, healthcare administration, beauty, spirits, and philanthropy — all while pursuing her doctorate.
From Louisiana roots to a Houston headquarters, Mashi has been featured in NY Weekly, Disruptors Magazine, and Digital Journal; named 2024 HustleHer of the Year; and stood on stages mentoring thousands of women into ownership around a single conviction: you were not made to be small.
