1. All Sales Are Final

Because all of our offerings — digital products, workbooks, courses, programs, coaching, masterminds, memberships, and event tickets — deliver immediate intellectual property and access, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Store Credit Within 90 Days

While we do not issue refunds, we may — at our sole discretion — offer store credit toward another product, program, or event of equal or lesser value, provided your written request is received within 90 days of the original purchase date.

Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.

3. Written Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is a written agreement signed by both parties expressly modifying these terms. Verbal statements, screenshots, or informal messages do not constitute a binding modification.

4. Payment Plans

If you enrolled on a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full balance. Pausing your participation does not pause your payment obligation.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback in violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access and collection of the disputed amount plus fees.

6. How to Request Store Credit

Email hello@iammashi.com with your order number, the product or program name, and the reason for your request. Our team will respond within 5–7 business days.
